Bridge Mode, OP. Bridge mode is what you're looking for when using your own router behind one an ISP provides.
Turn off all WiFi
Turn off DHCP
Put in Bridge Mode
The last 2 steps MUST be done without applying the settings. Why? You'll never speak to that router again without a complete reset so effectively you have one shot at it. Even if you do reset it, your putting it in BM so it's not like you'll be spending hours redoing any settings (hint: back them up anyway prior to doing this).
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
