I'm paying for 150Mbps download and 20Mbps upload. I use a patch cable, never wifi. I experience HUGE lag spikes while playing and it enrages me - especially with pvp. It affects the audio of the game to a huge degree. When I run a connection test from my ps4, it shows anywhere from 60Mbps+ download and ~7Mbps upload. I've heard that upload is what affects latency. What can I have xfinity check? I'm having a technician come out today to try and figure out wtf is going on. I'm using their XB3 router / modem.
