His aura flares up and he attacks with a powerful slash
English
-
Manan emits a hardlight shield over his fist, punching right through the aura and into your face.
-
Ok, it seems you are not taking any damage, plus punching right through his aura in one hit?

Thats kinda bullshit
-
Manan has armour on, man, and so do you. His wings may have gotten burnt.
Manan's fist collides with your shoulder, and he reels from the aura's damage on his wings. "Damn it! That burnt!"
-
He has cloth armor on, not metal.
He reals back then jumps up, bringing his blade down on you
-
The blade lands in his shoulder, bending in the armour, doing damage, but getting stuck. He pulls you closer and punches you in the face.
-
He stagers back a bit, then grips his blade and rips it downward.
-
The blade cannot go in any further. Manan punches you in the throat.
-
He staffers back again, ripping his blade out and clutching his neck
-
Manan spins around and kicks him in the side of the face.
-
He spins and lands in the snow. As he gets up his aura flares again and his blade glows brighter.
-
"Is that your only move?" Manan dives to the left, landing on his bad shoulder. "Damn it!" Manan pulls out Beampistol and fires at your head.
-
In a flash he moves to the right and dashes past you, slashing your side with great force.
-
Manan ignores the slash and aims at your head again, firing. Afterwards, he clutches his side.
-
No...you can't "ignore" Moves.
-
As in he ignored the pain. Did you not see him clutch his side in pain after he was done?
-
Ya I saw. But dude...,it's a damn great sword Cutting into you. You can't simply "ignore" that.
-
Much like how he sliced a supersonic bullet that was flying at his face in half in under a second?
-
He did not "ignore" that though. He reacted. You'll notice as you are here many people have faster reflexes than your average bear!
-
Oh. I'm assuming your character can see, move his hand up, and swing all in under a second?
-
Apparently everyone's can.... I guess it's a dojo drug? And calm down man. I'm only giving you constructive criticism so you can become better.

ಠ_ಠ ಠ__ಠ ಠ‿ಠ Telling me something I didnt do was wrong doesnt really help me, hm?
Edited by Inflatablepants: 8/21/2016 3:30:53 AM
Well you didn't do anything. THAT was the problem! Time for some relaxing music. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=RTRnOUaBlu8

Now. Let's get everything straight. >You "ignored" one of Zanes attacks. Mentally, not physically. Even though there was a reaction later, still doesn't make too much sense. You can dodge attacks, have your armour protect you from the attack, in fact do a shit ton of other things to nullify the attack. But you ignored it. >The fight over all was kind of a mess on both sides. >Zane Cut a super sonic bullet in less then a second in half. Ya that's not cool either, but you did some pretty lame things during the fight as well! See above! >You cut one of Zanes replies in half. For example, let's say two folks are fighting. Person 1: Casts a fire spell at you. Then sprints, cutting your chest, then quickly punches you across the face. Person 2: Gets hit by the flame. But before you cut I shoot you in the skull then kick you in the balls. I fall. See, by saying "before" you cancel out someone's attack. Or everything after said word. It doesn't matter if you react to the first part, what matters is that you completely redacted their entire move. THATS what you did. >Also, you are kind of being an asshole. That's not cool. Especially to two lieutenants.
Edited by mannagement: 8/21/2016 3:06:51 PM
The problem with your example is that yours doesn't make sense in the context. You said that Person A had to sprint up to person B. Therefore, he was far enough away that Person B had no way of harming him before he fell to the ground. Zane and I were up in the air. He spun me around and as he did I squeezed one of his wrists, breaking it in the process. After I broke it, I was spun enough and he let go, letting me fall to the ground. There's a big difference with your example and what happened. And I don't care if you're a lieutenant! You think that gives you honour points? You are an admin for a roleplay group.

Mmmmm

Mmmmhmmmmm

Mmmmmkay

Well. Clearly I can't make you understand. And WOW. You are a lot more of a douche then I remember. So? We take this to the next level. A post will be made right away. Reply to it.

I'm this much of a douche when you call things out that don't need to be called out. I explained what happened to you, and you ignored that and called me a douche. Link me the post.
