Nothing will come of it so it's a waste of time. You agreed to the EULA which states they can change anything at any given time.
Besides, who actually goes on BBB before purchasing a game?

In my book BBB can't really do anything but say hey and that's it. They really have no power over businesses. Only power they have is to bring up fairness or so called fairness to consumers.
