How come DeeJ and Cozmo respond to things like one of the features currently which was about 1v1 messages but never to posts where the community needs clarification

Activision telling them not to reply to this.. Activision needs to figure out a story they can come up with. Activision/bungie can't figure out how to give xbox the exclusives yet south park can create the nosulous rift (like the oculus but it is for smelling instead of visuals)
