Wasn't defending. Jus find it funny people say stuff like we were told in year 3 we get the year 2 exclusives when nothing had ever been said by bungie on any source about the matter until this last week. Then people find the disclaimer and still don't have a clue how stupid they look by posting it saying oh its not fair wah. It's not even a big deal. Get off that lemon boy.

Unfortunately, this is a horrible business practice between Sony and Acitivsion. Bungie, is sadly at the mercy of Activision here which is why we won't hear an answer probably. Unless Activision tells Bungie to do so.
