Has anyone got proof that when TTK was announced with its exclusives that it said "until Fall 2016"? I've only bothered to look recently, but there's no fine print stating exclusives had a time limit or minimum time. I think people all just collectively assumed the exclusives would be a year, even though the fine print before and now all say "until at least".

"All of that content was originally listed as exclusive until "at least Fall 2016," the beginning of Destiny’s third year existence." -Polygon

I can't really find anything actually showing that though. Not that I don't think that's true, but I'm slightly skeptical and it still doesn't change the fact that nothing was promised that they would be delivered Fall 2016, just no earlier than Fall 2016.

Edited by LordOfSouls95: 8/20/2016 2:29:00 AMIt still says on the Playstation site "Until at least Fall 2016". That implies that they'll at least come around that time, why put Fall 2016 if it was going to be an entire year later? This is clearly a recent decision and one they likely intentionally neglected to mention.

Edited by GrundleBeans: 8/20/2016 4:13:40 AMNo that implies anytime after then. "Until at least" means it's a mandatory minimum, not a promised availability. Could be fall 2016 to never.

Edited by LordOfSouls95: 8/20/2016 12:10:05 PMI agree, they never promised it by then (although it does imply then and not an entire year later, there's still no legal basis to mount a formal complaint). However I am just answering the question you asked http://prntscr.com/c83qjs so there is proof that it was originally "until at least Fall 2016" which is what you asked for.

I think XBL users just assumed that since the Year 1 exclusives were given to Xbox after 12 months, that the Year 2 exclusives would be given to them after another 12 months as well.
