Same.
They're not saying anything because they don't want to seem like the "bad guys" in this situation. It's kind of the same principle as to why doctors always have nurses or someone else give kids shots and stuff.

Yep, and right before a dlc release is probably a bad time to look like the bad guys. This information might piss some people off and stop them from preordering/buying ROI.
