This has already been confirmed by Activision, so don't expect an answer from Cosm/Deej. Fall 2017 time is accurate...

Another thing to note, the deal is in between Activision/Sony and not Bungo/Sony. Bungo can't do anything just like Treyarch can't do anything with PS players getting map packs 1 month early...
