Deej and Cozmo: Clarification on PS Exclusives please!
Deej was [url=https://youtu.be/o46JXy1Wzm0]speaking with Destin[/url] from IGN and mentioned that details regarding exclusives could be found on the [url]www.destinythegame.com[/url] website. After digging around a bit (seriously, it's not clear where to look), I found [url=https://www.destinythegame.com/sony-playstation-exclusives]this page[/url] which looks like it's got the info we're looking for. The problem is, every single thing on that page - whether it was introduced in Taken King or is planned for Rise of Iron - is tagged with the single asterisk that at the bottom of the page says "Timed exclusive until at least Fall of 2017." The stuff from Taken King was supposed to be available to Xbox players this fall, I thought? Because on [url=https://www.playstation.com/en-us/games/destiny-ps4/exclusive-content/]Sony's Destiny page[/url], it mentions "Timed exclusive until at least Fall 2016." Granted, it looks like that needs to be updated because the content on that page also includes Rise of Iron as well as TTK content, but clearly Fall of 2016 was on the timeline at one point.
So you can understand the confusion, right? What's actually exclusive, and for how long? Will TTK stuff become available to Xbox players this fall as expected, or has that been delayed until next year? Can you guys please let us know?

6 RepliesFrom the looks of the report on yahoo all the year 2 exclusives are staying with sony only for another year. Which means they screwed Xbox owners over big time. I was a ps4 player and i think this is crap. Every xbox owner needs to cancel their preorders and get refunds. If this is how Activision and Bungie are going to treat their customers we need to make sure Destiny 2 fails hard.

2 RepliesAs an Xbox One player and someone who has been playing Destiny since day one and having over 1500 hours in the game. I for one am offended that Bungie would continue to keep content exclusive to PlayStation, especially content relating to gameplay like weapons, armor, and strikes. WE WANT TO EXPERIENCE THE GAME WE PAID FOR BUNGIE GOD DAMIT, IN WHAT WORLD DOES IT MAKE SENCE TO KEEP CONTENT THAT WE WANT AWAY FROM US. That being said, when TTK released they said it was going to have another year of exclusives now ROI releases over a year later. The way I understand it is that the Playstation exclusives that were added when TTK launched should come to Xbox with ROI. However those Playstation exclusives that were added midway through the year like Zen Meteor wouldn't because it hasn't been a full year. I think its this point that Deej was addressing when asked about the Zen Meteor. Either way we'll have to wait for an official answer or till ROI comes out to know for sure.

10 RepliesIts not like im gonna go and buy a ps4 to get a gun and grind a strike... Why even bother with exclusives after consoles are already released. Maybe it makes sense around new console releases.... Xbox are waiting till late 2017 for theirs and Playstation are rushing VR (and will probabaly be bad) for release this Year. Otherwise it makes Bungie just punish the Xbox fan base. Welcome to Reach...

9 RepliesI'm pretty sure they've stated themselves in the past that the content will be exclusive for at least a year, granted they still said "at least" but they've basically gone so far as to silently change the small print without even properly informing us of the decision. They shamelessly and shadily avoided admitting the truth and just hoped to slip the decision to withhold the content for another year under our noses.
