Creepiest Enemies or Moments
There are lots of creepy or scary moments or enemies in games. What are some of your favorite (or least favorite) of them?

I've gotta give to the Necromorphs from Dead Space. The original game is probably one of the most scary games I've ever played, a large part because the ambient noises keep a constant level of tension and the other part because those enemies were -blam!-ing terrifying. You did not want to come face to face with one of those -blam!-ers.
