[b]It wasn't that I had too much power. It was that the power was too much for me. The shadow demons residing in the metal here are very powerful. Before the seal. Just using the blade without it's protective barrier, I constantly was in danger of being fully possessed. [/b] *she traces the seal and growls at the thin black and red sword* [b]I left awhile back. Went into a forest and became fully possessed seventeen times before I finally beat them down enough to get this seal placed for my protection. It was a horrifying experience let me tell you. They still change me. But I'm always in some sort of control over them. [/b]

*Maya laughs and picks up the spear pieces lying on the ground. She recovers the thin sword with the two staff edges, then twists the spear head back on. Her face begins to regain its glow and a smile spreads on her face. She throws the spear at the ground, where a shadow access point opens up, swallowing it* [b]I'm sorry. I didn't explain that well. The shadow abilities I control are of no problem. I made a pact with the Shadow Realm itself. But within it's dimensions, there are every sort of creature, docile and hostile. Including those very shadow demons. It's the demons that gave me trouble originally.[/b] *Maya steps through another shadowy portal, reappearing behind you with a *whump*, placing her hands on your shoulders and resting her head against your neck* [b]Mhmmm. You certainly smell nice. But no. I thank you for the offer but I can handle myself handsome. [/b]
