2) You're forgetting about the dragon's wings; there's a lot of surface area there. If the wind hitting the dragon had enough force to knock his massive weight into the air, which is impressive enough, his wings would've easily had him glide back down. Knocking him over? That takes a ridiculous amount of force, and basically scientifically impossible (unless Sketch had power over gravity).[/spoiler]
