I am having the exact same super frustrating problem. The good matches, things are smooth and act like they're supposed to. Then I get in the terrible matches and my reticle won't move properly, it does weird circle movements when I'm pushing one direction and slides around certain points, like enemy combatant heads.. LOL! It's a very distinct difference in where the game is working with me and then when the game is fighting my every input. I'm getting beat by players who aren't better, their game is just working better than mine at the moment. I'm not against losing or being beat, I'm not a PvP god and don't expect to win every engagement. At most I only expect half, or a little less, to be honest. You are not alone my friend :) Good Luck!
