[b]A challenger walks to the gates of the Dojo, holding nothing but a large black rectangular object. She smiles, and waits for her test.[/b]

*Shadow falls out of a nearby tree, cackling madly as she rolls on the ground* "Oh!!! That was good!!! Hahahahahaa!!!!"

"This book I stole from Valeyard's library!!!" *Shadow holds up a picture book, the cover reading; "Fart Jokes from Raxacoricofallapatorius". She continued rolling on the ground laughing before she looks up at you* "You wanna read it?"

[b]ROYAL glares at Shadow then does the "I'm watching you" move [/b]

[b]She shrugs.[/b] "Why not?"

"Too bad!!!" *She folds the book up and grins toothily at the newcomer* "You aren't my friend yet, and only friends get to read my books!!!"

"Oh well."

"So, you here to join?"

"You guessed it."

"Of course I did. I'm that good." *She gets up off the ground, brushing the dirt off her clothes* "So, you ready?"

"Good, good." *Shadow flings two knives at the woman at the same time, holding back enough for them to be seen by a human. They fly at her head and left foot, respectively*

[b]The two knives are deflected by an overshield.[/b]

"Oh? Clever clever." *The knives swing back around, but as they hit the shield once again they slip through, the edges slicing through the projected energy field with ease*

[b]As soon as they slip through, the knives are vaporized by the energy field.[/b]

*Shadow frowns* "Well then." *She reaches into a fold-space pocket and pulls out a heavily modified rifle. She flash-steps into the tree, then back to the walls.* "You came prepared. Not bad."

[b]The challenger playfully twirls her blade.[/b] "It seems I did."

"Shame. I did too." *She fires the rifle, all the shields of the challenger overloading and collapsing. She flash-steps down behind the bolt of energy, giving Tethys no time to react as Shadow slaps her away, the impact sending her flying to the edge of the nearby cliff*

[b]As the challenger is sent flying, she seems to vanish.[/b]

*Shadow grins and fades away as well, her chameleon circuits coming online as she too vanishes*

[b]While cloaked, the challenger searches for a heat signature.[/b]

*The heat of the day interferes with the heat signatures. A patch, however, seems to be remain still while the rest move in waves.....*

[b]The challenger's sword transforms into a plasma cannon, and she fires multiple explosive shots at the patch and in the area around it.[/b]
-
*The blasts bounce off of the spot, flying back and slamming you to the ground. Shadow cackles as she slips out from behind a tree, watching you* "Not bad, but predictable."
