Full auto allows you to fire successive shots without pulling the trigger again, it doesn't raise a weapons rate of fire except for shotguns. That guy was firing off his Hawksaw as if it was a Doctrine.

It actually does increase rof.

It can make it seem like it increases ROF, as human error can make pulse and scout rifles 'jam' when spamming the trigger, an issue that Full Auto solves. Regardless. the player in that video fired a stream of bullets as if his Hawksaw was an auto rifle. I once owned a Hawksaw with full auto and it never did that.
