A modded controller is a form of cheating. However, not all cheating is caused by a modded controller. :)

Modded controller is not cheating. Xbox has elite controller. If you watch video, then you would know. That person is shooting hawksaw like doctrine. I am seeing hawksaw base values on the console being changed. However whats not sure is how they managed to get it pass through bungie modifications check.

Aaah I see what you mean. You view a scuf and an elite controller as a modded controller and I don't. Maybe I should have said manipulated controller? Any way, it looks like he modded/manipulated his controller in such a way that with one trigger pull the hawksaw fired 9 bullets? I played with a guy in trials this weekend and he told me this is possible. :S Don't know how. At least we both think he/she is a cheater. :)

Oh boy. I am not gonna search how(or maybe I would) But yeah if that is what you meant by modded controller, I agree with you. That unfair advantage.
