My biggest issue is that I am pigeon holed into selecting from an extremely limited set of perks for both my Exotic and legendary HC's if I want to make them consistent. Range perks. nothing else is more important for HC's right now. An HC with Range finder and rifled barrel or some other maximizing range combination of perks will allow a player to out perform just about any other roll simply due to the increase in reliability. This is ridiculous, and needs to go away. The "cone of fire" has absolutely no place with a weapon that relies on precision aiming to efficiently net kills. If it MUST be there, then it needs to be much smaller so that the player who does have deft aim and is skilled at landing those precision shots is rewarded, not punished because of BS RNG making your shots fly wide.
