I will overview some changes for some of the classes I think need them.
[u]Titan[/u]

Striker[/i]
-Increase the time to proc shoulder charge
-Slightly extend titan armor buff until after super
Reasons:
This will prevent any shoulder charge abuse, without nerfing the ability itself. It will make it more difficult to spam on the frontlines by simply running for a small period of time. Fist of Havoc is also one of the only supers that forces you into a vulnerable state immediately after you have activated it.

-Ward of dawn has a delayed deactivation when destroyed by a super
[i]
Sunbreaker[/i]
-Melting Point has reduced melee cooldown
-Increase the speed of hammers
-Increase speed movement bonus given by
[i]Fleet fire[/i]
-Grenade and melee kills while [i]Simmering flames[/i] is active triggers explosions.
-Change the Fire Keeper Upgrade
(You gain an overshield whenever running through. Give it a cool down after it goes down, so it cannot be used immediately again.)
[u]Hunter[/u]
[i]Nightstalker[/i]
-Blood Bond also triggers when killing a target with the arrow
-Black Hole prevents teathered targets from moving
[u]
Warlock[/u]
[i]Sunsinger[/i]
-Enemies within radius burn (Song of Flame)
-Increase knock back of Solar wind
All skills that spawn orbs for teammates should also have a stat boost.
[spoiler]I personally think any skill that only benefits your teammates should award players.[/spoiler]
