New content is good New armor modifiers and the relic bonuses are good But I'm waiting to see what happens with weapon perks. They probably won't bring back elemental primary weapons, they also probably won't bring back weapon reforging, so the weapons that release with RoI are pretty much going to be the exact same as what we got now?
