We were unsure whether Cyan and Caesar had this strength. Caesar was his partner in war and they almost won the revolt before Gore... Or Mortar... Was killed by Hamil. And Cyan seeing Mortar and Caesar here, luckily at different times, could have triggered something in her that would make her do the same as Mortar and Caesar. This is why I was told to stop them.
