Yeah if he spent half as much time getting good as he did with this post maybe he wouldn't be whining. Sniper are fine and don't need any adjustments Imo is pretty good other than the hand cannon bloom needs work. Stop the nerf herding, crucible gives participation trophies already to the worst player in lobby.
