Religion, imo it's just an excuse to get people who are terrified of death an out. It's a horrible concept that will one day destroy the human race. Does it bring people together of course, but so did Hitler and look how that turned out. Imo religion had its place in history and that time has come to an end. Sorry not sorry

Hitler brought people against religion. Hitler wasn't exactly a religious guy. So many states (Soviet Russia, Communist China, etc.) all ridiculed religion. And look how they turned out.

That's not at all he was talking about... I think he means to say Hitler gave the Germans a revolution to which they followed. By that, Christianity is a revolution that had followers known as Christians

Exactly. Maybe I didn't provide the best example. His argument is that Hitler and Christianity are similar (if not the same) because they give people a common cause.

Hitler did give the Germans a cause (albeit a nasty racial cause) and Christianity did give others a cause to live likes Christians do. Yes he is right, but by your saltiness he probably should've picked a different comparison. I'm not trying to disagree with anyone, but I'm not fully gonna agree with anyone either. Just helping the world see the other side. It's fun to live in the Gray world.

Hitler expanse his country due to his own personal ambitions. He led people's weaknesses and used them against them.
