Just got reported for using ingame mechanics
I have a max discipline, simmering flames set up on my sun breaker that I use from time to time and when I saw it was Mayhem Clash for the weekly crucible, I decided to have some fun. It creates an impenetrable wall of fire with thermite grenades, so much fire that the game lags a little bit when you do it long enough.
Anyway, some guy saw it and mistook it for cheating (which I can understand. It basically is.) and told me he was going to report me.

Lol I played and used gunslinger for tripmine throwing them everywhere tons of fun, reminds me of y1 crucible

Mayhem clash is awesome fun. Destiny's PVP is horrific 95% of the time. This 5% is nice.

That is weak by that guy since that is why Mayhem mode is all about to me. Just going nuts with your abilities trying to get kills before another guardian shuts you down abruptly with theirs. Mayhem is the mode I play just to have some fun spamming my super or grenades hahaha

All the classes have something similar (maybe not to that extent, though). I like doing it with Smoke just for fun. With Sealed Ahamkara Grasps and max strength, you can throw it almost nonstop in Mayhem. I don't feel bad because I see Titans, Warlocks, and even other Hunters (Tripmines) doing stuff like that. It's Mayhem. It's not meant to be taken that seriously. Of course, a lot of people do get sweaty about it, but that's on them.

That's funny I actually got into a clash with a titan using that same method in Mayhem I countered with never ending storm grenades so neither of us could advance
