Fist of Havoc can be cast twice in quick succession. Reduces the radius of Fist of Havoc.
Sounds like pure evil if you're not a Titan.
Hold (RB) during Hammer of Sol to create a protective shield which guards against incoming attacks.
They can already regenerate health incredibly fast, so why is there a need for this?
Sunstrike can be used to pull in enemies from afar, yanking the target towards your location.
So you won't be able to run away from them anymore.
Arc Blade ends prematurely if you take fatal damage, keeping you alive at minimal health while granting camouflage. You cannot attack during this time.
My recent multiplayer experiences have shown me that many Hunters are experts at running away and hiding like cowards anyways, so this wouldn't surprise me much. However, does this mean it would no longer be possible to ever kill a Bladedancing Hunter?
Nova Bomb creates a pulse which knocks back enemies outside of its initial explosion.
I just know that there would be just the tiniest, thinnest line that separates those that are killed from those that would be killed if not for this perk to launch them to safety, even if they just have a sliver of health left.
When super energy is full, respawn with grenade and melee energy.
This defeats the purpose of Voidfang Vestments.
Press (B+B) to perform a short distance evade.
Hey cool, Warlocks would have some means of evading now.
On casting Radiance, deceased allies within your immediate area are revived and brought back to life.
I don't play Trials of Osiris right now, and I certainly don't think I'd want to if this was a perk.
A device which activates shortly after impact, deploying a small hovering turret which engages nearby enemies.
How powerful would it be, and how easy would it be to kill?
Hits with Thunderstrike disable the target's health and shield regeneration for a lasting time.
"Lasting time." How long would that be? Otherwise, it sounds like a double-edged sword for me; nice to use until you're hit with it.
Teammates you revive spawn with a stronger overshield and gain increased agility for a short time.
How strong and for how long?

There's a whole lot of questions I don't feel like answering one by one. So I'll just give you a summarized answer. With each perk there is a trade off. For example, choosing Thatonaught for Voidwalker makes it so you don't need Voidfang Vestments but only if your super is full. Also, you would be missing out on perks like Angry Magic. There are many scenarios where you would use Voidfang Vestments because your super is used often or charges slow. Sentry Turret for Stormcallers could be destroyed by others. How much damage and health does it have? A balanced amount. Please take this list with a grain of salt and think of your own ways to balance these perks. I literally hit 2000/2000 characters so I had no room to explain my reasoning or give full detail descriptions of each perk.
