I agree with this, snipers weren't a problem in year 1 because shotguns were more powerful, and primaries were way stronger, plus now people will keep running into lanes where snipers are hard scoped

Also when people talk about running into lanes and taking cover (which I do or avoid those lanes when possible.) cover should be a valid and it's not and even then destiny plays as a high pace shooter so why can someone set up shop and hard scope with so little fear unless someone like you or me shut them down?
