No voting. The reason that won't happen is because every player is bias. They won't want their favourites nerfed and they'll want their stuff buffed. If you want a player input for patches then suggest a public test realm, allowing a handful of players to test the patch, then return feedback on the changes, and it can be remedied before it gets launched in to the Base game.
