Guys, what you don't understand about the whole name shaming thing is that there are people who will go out of their way to harass those being name shamed. As you may know, harassment isn't a good thing either. Now Bungie has created a way of submitting your evidence so that it may be properly investigated but everyone is so quick to start a witch hunt.

But harassment is against the terms of agreement when you make your PSN. That's not your call to make.
