I don't think you can mod destiny at all. The game is constantly being run online

You can mod any game if you have developer access.(Access modify game files) Ps3 and Xbox 360 are the only online modded consoles as of now. Firmwares can be altered to access game files, have dev commands and etc. Destiny is a very easy game to mod. A way to connect your PC to console wirelessly. Ps3-CCAPI Xbox-Lol idk My point is, modding is very easy if you have coding and technological knowledge.
