This guy is constantly getting new accounts when one is banned. I've seen him. I've played against him. He always gets banned trust me. I've talked to this guy before on his other accounts. It's pointless to get this account banned for he will have another one

If they've been banned on multiple accounts then they should be reported to Microsoft so they can receive a console or IP ban.
