As a titan only player I would be fine with the notion of shoulder charge consuming a melee charge IF it only gets used on contact, otherwise it can still be used as normal for mobility. It would make that one helmet exotic with the bonus melee charge more appealing to use

That would be a worthwhile nerf, or make it use half a melee charge.
