Lightning grenades lack tracking and I feel they are generally easy to avoid , but shoulder charge needs a reduction to the tracking. The tracking on shoulder charge makes the striker Titan even more of a crutch/panic button. It feels very cheap to use shoulder charge around corners to kill someone before they have time to react.
