Thanks for the love hunter. I think we're seeing an uptick in the cries for a nerf to strikers and shoulder charge in particular, because the last round of nerfs made it more difficult for hunters and sunsingers to keep their distance. Strikers are designed to be an in-your-face class with FoH, SC, Juggernaut, and Titan Skating. The whole point of the class is being able to rush your opponent, and if you can close the distance, deal a massive amount of damage to them when you get there. Your opponent's objective should be to keep strikers at bay which is now more difficult to do with the nerfs to smoke bomb, shadestep, and viking funeral. These perks in particular helped to slow strikers down, deal additional damage, or evade them before they could close the distance. Now I don't have to worry as much about the range of firebolts, the stickyness of smoke, or a double shadestep spam as I run in for the kill. As such, Strikers are feeling a little more powerful than they were in the past.
