This was like 4 years ago man, I don't remember exactly what he title was but I thought that's what she was.
And just because upper management/leadership might not wanna use the word management doesn't mean others don't use it.
Management is still management lol

I am just saying they always use the word leader. My friends tease me because they use that for everything and that we call our guests, guests instead of customers.
