The burn on warlock melees comes from touch of flame perk
I main a Titan and I dont think ive ever one shotted someone with a melee
Maybe a teamate shot him too i dunno
I dont think ive ever been one shotted by storm grip either

I frame by frame checked. it was only from the melee. Happens to me and I do it to people all the time. Point is, its bullshit. and the knives had way to many variables that needed to be accounted for in order to one-shot. Nerf = stupid
