except for the crucible one (i don't want to play PvP), already done them all so is easily doable.
edit: i was one short on the year 1 set and will be one short on the year 2 set aswell.

The crucible one easy,basically get kills when something happens(your team has the spark,or you control 2 zones) and finish matches Nothing too crazy(but the chaperone quest makes want to break my controller)
