Well, look at Y1 Moments by comparison. Those were equally easy (to me). If anything, Y2 would be harder for most, as most complaints I see are centered around the Crucible, so a lot won't like the sword or mountaintop. Also, if these are true then that means I've completed both Y1 and Y2 Moments before their release.

Seems they are not including the challenges or the weapons behind the time gates by this list. I am also surprised to see no SRL. Seems a little coincidental they have opened these up lately. I would say these might be some of them but not all of them, There was 12 last year The only bit you could say that was difficult last year was Skolas..

SRL was a limited time event. Not everyone got to try it. Of course they wouldn't put it in there.
