Apparently, even though I already completed the Mountaintop [i]last year[/i], it is stating that I have not done it yet...

If I remember correctly, they introduced the Shaxx quest in Year 2, so you couldn't have done it in Year 1. Maybe you're thinking of something else. The site destinytracker.com can help you identify what you need for completion.

No, I did this when TTK dropped - September October of 2015 - that is what I meant by "last year" - not that I did this in Year 1. Sorry for confusion.
