I have done everything on that list, I just need to review my calcified fragments as the web says that I have fifty, whilst the game says that I only have forty-nine.

You most likely have 49 on 1 guardian and the missing one on a different guardian. The website is account based and the game goes by guardian.

After some research, I have come to the conclusion that there is a bug in the game, or on the website. According to bungie.net I am missing the XLV calcified fragment for completing the Oryx Challenge, but when I look at my grimoire, I have the card. Several websites are reporting that I have the card, and I know that I have done the challenge, but the game is only shows g 49/50 calcified fragments. Perhaps I should raise this issue in the bugs forum.

Weird. I've heard there's a good website called destinycalcifiedfragmenttracker.com or something like it that breaks it down by character, instead of account like the grimoire does.
