The Iron Gjallarhorn Should Quest Should Only Be Giving When The Player Has The Normal Gjallarhorn!

It's a skin. Everybody has access to the quest. Pre-orders allow you to get a Black and Silver Gjallarhorn upon Quest completion.

I think they're doing this because of what happened the first time. People without it were being told it was a requirement on lfg and when looking for people on the forums. If you didn't have a gally, chances are you weren't going to do the Crota raid or get into a nightfall group unless you had people you play with regularly. The way I see it, Gjallarhorn should've been a quest exotic from the start.
