That's not pay to win buddy everyone gets one, you get the iron ghorn for pre-ordering or the original ghorn by completing a quest.

Will people who don't get the new dlc get a regular y3(or 2 or watever) gjallajhorn? because basically you have to pay 30$ to get the y3 gally(the regular or the iron one), which i guess is kind of pay to get a gun you use to have and to make it relevant again

No? Just like when DB and HoW came out, they came with PoE and Crota raid and what not. So if you dont get the expansions..then no, you dont get to play the new stuff, including playing with the new weapons and armor. But YES even if you dont get RoI expansions, you CAN get gally!!! Simply hope you get one from the exotic engram for a crappy light lvl haha! You get what you pay for, in this case, nothing. If you buy the expansions then you get the quest to get a better gally thats up to par with the game expansions.

Yes im fine with it...you know why? Because the dumb cosmetic gun is NOT why im buying this DLC. Im buying it for everything else! That dumb launcher is simply a bonus early unlock. You can buy the new expansion and do the quest to simply "earn" the updated gally. You dont even need to pre order for it. Its a quest already included in the expansions. The black and white gally is simply a pre order bonus. Its a early unlock of a cook cosmetic looking gally. Its not necessary. You dont need it. You can unlock the item regularly in the new expansions. All it is is a pre order bonus. Im not buying the dlc for the black and white gally. Im buying it for the new crucible maps, the new mode, new enemies, new explorable area, new social hub, new raid, new strike, new weapons and armor, etc. This dlc is NOT about a black and white gally.

true, i guess i was just looking at all the crazy g-horn hype, without thinking of all the actual content. i hope they keep TTK stuff relevant too, so theres more to do.

Yeah im just hoping everything else gets brought up to par with the new content. Such as old raids and what not. I want to do atheon or crota again but at the current light lvl and get old gear but at the current light lvl.
