Why do people have ridiculous requirements?
Answer :
Because it's their fireteam!!! If you don't like it join a different fireteam or create your own.
Don't sit there and argue or complain about their requirements, they are not going to change it because you don't like it.
My requirement on LFG for doing a raid is always a Grimoire requirement, if you don't have enough Grimoire don't sit there and argue with me or complain that it is a stupid requirements, just go and find a team that wants you.

A group of guys I play with play this little game: We are typically 4 but sometimes 5. We roll into the Tower and purposely target the lowest Grimore score we can find and ask them to join us in Vault of Glass as long as their level allows them to enter. Last time we took a level 30 in and went bonkers. We take them down and we beat the piss out of Templar and purposely get seen by a Gorgon so they can get the Grimore Card for it and kill it then finish the Raid. Next we drag them through Crota and finish it off. Most of them time they are very excited to do both Raids and meet new people. How do we choose them? Grimore Score. =) I see your point for doing what your doing and it is your FireTeam, but people do/will get bent out of shape for anything that they feel is a method of judging them that they don't agree with.
