This^ Playing guitar isn't that hard, but playing guitar in the style of metal is. You have to be able to move your right hand (if you're right handed) ridiculously fast, sometimes having to hit three notes a second, you have to have great muscle memory in your left hand/arm to be able to move your hand quickly and land it accurately, plus the many variations in power chords... I could go on and on. You get the point
