So you hate Metallica, Slayer, Black Sabbath, Iron maiden, Megadeath, Pantera, System of A Down, Judas Preist, Korn (new stuff sucks), Disturbed, AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, and Scorpions, just too name a few of the big ones. Really? I can understand you not liking some of these bands, I don't care much for Slayer and Pantera, but how can you hate AC/DC and Led Zeppelin? BTW, I don't fit your stereotype! Never had long hair and I am certainly not skin and bones. You discredit yourself with the last one! Implying that fans of a genre have some form of a learning disorder just makes you look foolish!

I think he's maligning the entire genre for a sub class- death metal for example. A lot of the fans who love the bands you listed aren't fans of death metal.

There's actually some very good bands that could be labelled as Metalcore that are very far from "boy bandish". For example, Kill Switch Engage, Trivium, As I Lay Dying, Chimaira, etc etc.

Metal is an extremely diversified genre of music, so I highly doubt you hate all of it. Don't believe me? Listen to Iron Maiden and then listen to Death. They're both metal bands, but they sound completely different. Also, the genre you're talking about is called screamo (I think). You won't find any skinny emo fags listening to Death or Iron Maiden, trust me.
