Girls tend to hold the team back and its the sad truth. Now a days guys take video games seriously and most girl don't. I'm not being sexist but to prevent further issues I rather just not have them in my raid team to start with.

Is it so damn hard to see that it's not a gender thing? Or do you use your dick to slap some extra buttons and that's what you ment? Some guys suck at video games, Some girls suck at video games, Some guys are great at video games, Some girls are great at video games. Excluding a player without even giving them a chanse because of their gender is super sexist. So don't say that you're not sexist when you are using arguments like this.
