I had a bookshelf that was screwed together in the middle. Split it into two small bookshelfs and used that as a stand. The next apartment I used something almost identical to your picture.

To be honest, I've had setups like that. You move to a new place, broke as shit, buy one of those lawn chairs because they're cheap, and lay out some boxes for a table. Boom, instant game setup.

I can beat that. All you have to do is take away the monitor, and replace it with a really small box TV.

I took it down though I had my SNES on a folding table. With a chair that I have to drag over from the kitchen. On a monitor that isn't scaled properly and under a table is where I kept the floppy disk. [spoiler]ghetto [/spoiler]

When we moved we had to climb over boxes to get to the part of the couch that was stuck against the wall that didn't have stuff stacked on it so we could see the tv. Was pretty bad. Lol
