Recently, there has been alot of posts going around about how OP shoulder charge is.
That simply isn't true.
All you need is some map awareness. Quit hardscoping for a few seconds and check your map, this is common sense. If a titan runs at you blink away, shotgun them, fusion them, gun them down from a distance with a primary. They are coming to havoc you or shoulder charge you.
Shoulder charge has not changed at all. It's the same exact thing it's always been. I don't understand why it's so unbalanced now. The majority of people who complain either have barely used a titan in pvp, or don't even have one. Please take a titan for a spin and do nothing but shoulder charge.
You will find that sometimes it won't connect. Some people will live it in trials, and also you will take alot of shotgun blasts to the face.
As soon as shoulder charge is took away, Juggernaut will be the new thing, and you don't want that. Titan shield that makes you immune to bullets and encourages you to rush with a shotgun. Do you really want that over shoulder charge?
Two words.
Risk - Reward.

Not OP but it does need to be tweaked slightly. Damage I have no problem with but it "locks on" a bit to well. What I mean is if you back away from a charging striker and go around a corner to wait with a fusion, it will proc and bend the strikers trajectory around the corner even in mid sprint. This is the only aspect that is broken. Otherwise fairly easy to counter.
