My other house's Internet runs at barely 10mbps and I never lag :)

If you can afford two houses you should be able to afford better internet ;)

It's a guest house that came with my main house. It's not really much, just a room and a bathroom in there but I like to go in there and hang out sometimes when there's lots of company over :)

Sometimes if they don't run the cable underground in neighborhoods with underground utilities they have only dsl or satellite options for internet.
