Actually, it was Robert F. Kennedy Jr. who was quoted as saying they should be tried as war criminals, or at least according to that article. Nye's comments, on the other hand, boil down to "I can see why someone would make that claim, but lets see where people want to take this. People have been jailed for claiming harmful things were not harmful before like with those in the cigarette industry." But please, do come and explain to me how what you are spouting is any less a lie than climate change as you so believe. Here, have a cigarette, they are good for you.
