My observations tell me it's yes because you're a girl, but it's also based on a cultural difference.
To begin with, being kicked based on gender is still very rare and If you find this far from the case being female, I would advise you rethink your general raiding/teamplay strategy and not confuse gender-booting for being a general sub-average player.
That said, I have participated in countless International LFG and on my part have witnessed groups kicking or berating girls based on gender have only been confined to U.S. groups. I’ve been evenly spread amongst British, French, German, Mexican, but mostly Australian/NZ fireteams and none I have seen kicked or abused the females in their groups on wipe situations. However, I’ve seen it happen about 5 or 6 times in U.S. groups and 1 case was completely disgusting that I lodged a thorough report into.
Not trying to single out a specific gaming culture, just going by my personal law of averages.

For me I've noticed more of the U.K groups doing it when I'd join LFG (I'm male) I guess it all depends on if you run into the bad apples or not

really? huh well there ya go. Personally, discounting my country, I've found the UK groups best and most tolerant (not counting NZ, ur not even a real country imo)

For me some of the best I've ran into we're actually from AUS and the Netherlands The connection was laggy at times because a lot of them just didn't have the infrastructure but they were definitely the most fun groups to be in and all in all just laid back

yeah we get booted a lot, but mainly for lag or not taking things serious enough, its understandable

Lag can't be helped though especially with AUS being in the midst of building the required infrastructure for high speed internet. Now if only people were educated enough to realize it's not the individuals fault and just geographical limitations at the moment Should never be kicked for lag

omfg tell me about it, we sincerely try our hardest when it comes to Internet. We shouldn't have to pay for the best quality ISP just for an average international connection and then hire proper electricians to run interference tests and wiring isolation, it's like trying to make diamonds out of tinfoil here

I heard that in a year or so though they plan on speeding up the process (might be a false rumor though) so hopefully within 2-3 years the infrastructure should be done and it'll be easier

Yea would have been the best except for the SNES Jurassic Park incident. I don't really like to talk about it, but i was 5 or 6....got up the part where the screen started shaking and then the T-Rex appeared. I literally ran behind the couch and pissed myself. Joke was on my mum because she couldnt figure why the couch smelled of urine for weeks
